The practice leader is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with years of experience in clinical psychiatric hospitals on in-patient units: McLean Hospital (PTSD & Dissociative Disorders), Westborough Behavioral Healthcare Hospital (Children), MiraVista (Mood Disorders & Psychosis). He received his Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner training under his mentor Dr. Mary Ann McDonnell, Professor at Northeastern University, and director of the clinical trials program in pediatric psychopharmacology at the Massachusetts General Hospital for over ten years. He continues to see patie​nts with Dr. McDonnell at her practice, South Shore Psychiatric Services. As a foundation, his medical and surgical training of four years was as a board certified critical care registered nurse at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston Medical Center, and Tufts Medical Center.
